Refund & Return Policy for Andrew Backhouse – Collage Artist

Thank you for choosing to shop with Andrew Backhouse – Collage Artist. Our priority is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not be the right fit for you, and for that reason, we offer a clear and fair refund policy that complies with Google Merchant guidelines as well as Pinterest’s guidelines.

  1. Refund Eligibility
    • Digital Artwork: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital collage artworks are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
    • Physical Artwork: You may request a refund or exchange for physical artwork purchases within 14 days of the delivery date.
  2. Conditions for Returns of Physical Artwork
    • Artwork must be in its original condition and must not have been altered in any way.
    • Artwork must be returned in its original packaging.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Andrew Backhouse is not responsible for any artwork damaged or lost during return shipping.
  3. How to Initiate a Refund or Exchange
    • To begin the process, please email Andrew Backhouse (andy@backhouse.wtf) with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  4. Late or Missing Refunds
    • If you haven’t received a refund after a reasonable period, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as there might be some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

  5. Sale Items
    • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  6. Exchanges
    • We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at andy@backhouse.wtf.
  7. Cancellation
    • For physical artworks, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, and you will receive a full refund. After the 24-hour period, we cannot guarantee a cancellation as the item may have already been shipped.
  8. Disclaimer
    • Colors and details in the artwork may vary slightly from what you see on your screen, due to variations in monitor calibration and the intricate details of collage art. This is not considered a defect and will not be eligible for a return or exchange based on this criterion.
