USING FOUND SOUND
I record the soundscape of an environment that chimes with me – this could be the urban street or a dawn-dappled woodland. I try and relocate the unfurling of a perpetual creation from an epicentre, divorced from its origins and relocated to the listener. Can the genii locus of an environment be replicated? Do you get the same feeling of tranquility / bliss that I do when I am there, recording it?
