Welcome to "Orbiting a Different Star," a radio show offering something a bit different. Hosted by Andy Backhouse, a radio geek / collage artist / co-founder of Harrogate Community Radio, this show aims to introduce you to some unique musical experiences.

Every Wednesday at 11 pm on Harrogate Community Radio, Andrew takes listeners on a journey through avant-garde and experimental music. It’s a chance to hear sounds from the unexplored corners of the musical world, presented in a straightforward, no-nonsense way that lets the music speak for itself.

The show is also syndicated every Monday on Soundart Radio, down in Devon.

If you dig any worth from these shows, please consider clicking on the coffee cup in the bottom-right hand corner of your screen. Chip in for the price of a coffee and it will help me get the next track you love.
