This sound montage had been sitting on the hard-drive of Andrew Backhouse’s computer for around eight months.
Recorded in September 2015 it is only seeing the light of day in 2016.
Andrew went on a walk around the town centre of Harrogate, North Yorkshire with binaural microphones and remixed the outcome.
Harrogate is a small spa town in the north riding of Yorkshire, where this label is based – it has a large service industry and busy roads – caught on this recording and remixed.
